This principle is at the heart of Chinese Medicine. Energy manifests itself in different concentrations. The densest expression of energy is the material world: trees; grass, rocks, water, air and so on.
This means that your body is also a form of energy. But so are your emotions and your thoughts, albeit slightly less dense forms of energy. The lightest and thinnest level of energy is the spiritual world.
