The Magic Cloth

Friday, 1 May 2015
The magic cloth has a name. It is called the e-cloth.
Clinically tested by Silliker Research (who have 45 laboratories worldwide) the magic cloth is proven to remove over 99% of bacteria, including E.coli and Listeria, from hard surfaces, using only water.
If that isn't magic what is?

In addition, after just a warm rinse, the rate of bacteria transfer from one surface to another is only 0.01%.

But because our greenhorn always seems to forget how to care for her magic cloth, the instructions are spelled out below:
A warm rinse is usually enough for day-to day use.

Machine wash regularly from 30°C to 60°C. Use a small amount of detergent and rinse well. If too much detergent is used, cleaning performance may be reduced, in which case, hot wash without any detergent.

Cloths will benefit from an occasional hot wash at 90°C.

Tumble or hang dry.

Do not use bleach, which damages the fibres or fabric conditioner, which inhibits performance. If conditioner is used by mistake, rewash with a little detergent.

Colour may run, initially wash separately.
