Purple Sprouting Broccoli Frittata

Steamed the purple sprouting broccoli till cooked and rinsed them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Heated a bit of olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan and gently fried one clove of sliced garlic on a medium heat for a minute. Took out the garlic and put it to the side.
Then, nicely fanned the purple sprouting broccoli out in the pan and sprinkled some sea salt on the broccoli. Looked like a picture.
Broke two eggs, added again a little sea salt and beat. Poured this over the broccoli, turned the heat off and put the fried slices of garlic on the broccoli and egg. Let it cook for a few minutes before I put it in a really hot oven till the middle of the frittata was almost set.
Looked really tasty and tasted really good.
But next time, I think I will blanche the broccoli for a minute and then fry them, to get a bit of crunchiness.
